Biology Lecturer | Remote

**Position:** STEM \- Biology Expert (Task Based) **Type:** Short\-Term Contract (3 months) **Compensation:** $250 per task **Location:** Remote **Commitment:** At least 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week with 4 hours overlap with PST **Role Responsibilities** * Design and solve challenging Biology problems to probe the limitations of large language models * Develop high\-quality, step\-by\-step solutions with clear and rigorous reasoning * Collaborate with LLM researchers to align problem types with evaluation goals, especially in areas where models typically struggle * Contribute to defining new evaluation benchmarks based on Biology curricula spanning early undergraduate to PhD\-level topics * Analyze and solve complex biological problems using a structured and logical approach * Explain biology concepts clearly using simple language, visuals, and simulations where needed * Provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations for AI evaluation workflows **Requirements** * Masters or PhD in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field, or currently pursuing a PhD/Postdoctoral degree * Strong research and analytical skills * Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations * Creative and lateral thinking abilities * Excellent structured communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting * Self\-motivated and able to work independently * Access to a desktop or laptop with a reliable internet connection * Ability to analyze and solve complex biological problems with a structured, logical approach * Ability to explain biology concepts clearly using simple language, visuals, and simulations where needed * LinkedIn profile is mandatory in the resume * Candidates will undergo a background verification process after onboarding **Application Process** * Apply/Easy Apply and check email for application form * Fill Google form * Assessment Link (After shortlisting to be completed within 24\-48 hours)
