Our client Agay Barho is looking for a Bank Branch Manager \- Operations \& Customer Service in Gujrat Agay Barho is looking for an experienced and results\-driven Branch Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of branch operations. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage daily activities efficiently, drive substantial business growth, and ensure exceptional customer service at the branch level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations, financial management, and sales strategy, complemented by sound knowledge of banking regulations and compliance. The Branch Manager will be responsible for meeting business targets related to deposits, loans, account openings, and revenue generation, maintaining robust customer relationships to boost client satisfaction and retention. The role also requires monitoring branch security, cash handling, and compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. The incumbent will prepare performance reports, manage branch expenses to maintain profitability, and promote banking products including digital services. This position suits someone with at least five years of relevant experience in banking operations who thrives in ensuring smooth branch functionality while achieving business objectives. **Responsibilities** * Manage overall branch operations to guarantee smooth and efficient daily activities. * Drive branch business targets by focusing on deposits, loans, account openings, and revenue growth. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and foster long\-term loyalty. * Ensure the branch complies with bank policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements including those set by the State Bank. * Oversee cash handling and vault management processes, maintaining highest security standards. * Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issues professionally and promptly. * Review and authorize transactions, documentation, and all customer account activities for accuracy and compliance. * Prepare and analyze branch performance reports regularly and deliver updates to regional management. * Promote banking products and services, including digital banking options, to expand client base and increase revenue. * Monitor branch expenses carefully and implement measures to meet profitability goals. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational support and swift resolution of issues. * Work independently to manage branch functions effectively despite not managing a direct team. * Conduct or facilitate compliance audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions when required.
