**Position:** General Counsel **Type:** Contract **Compensation:** $80 \- $105/hour **Location:** Remote **Commitment:** 10\-40 hrs/week **Role Responsibilities** * Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises to evaluate AI\-generated suggestions for accuracy and legal soundness * Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to enhance model performance * Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data and best practices for AI\-driven contract review solutions * Identify legal risks and provide actionable insights to improve AI systems in technology transactions **Requirements** * Possess a J.D. from an ABA\-accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction * Have a minimum of of in\-house experience focused on technology transactions, particularly SaaS contract review * Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail * Have strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems * Show a commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology **Application Process** * Easy Apply on LinkedIn * Check email for next steps * Participate in resume evaluation \& interview stage
