MAK Solutions is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Human Resource \& Administration to lead and supervise the daily HR and administrative operations within the company. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth office functionality, fostering employee engagement, enforcing policy implementation, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and driving operational efficiency. The individual will oversee a diverse team of 25 employees, spearheading initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee relations while ensuring that administrative procedures are executed effectively.

**Responsibilities**
* Lead recruitment and selection activities including job postings, conducting interviews, and managing employee onboarding processes.
* Maintain comprehensive employee records, attendance, leave management, and all HR documentation accurately and securely.
* Administer employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
* Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions, ensuring alignment with company standards and legal requirements.
* Coordinate payroll inputs, including overtime and attendance, in collaboration with payroll teams for timely and accurate compensation.
* Supervise and monitor employee performance reviews and appraisal systems to support career development and organizational objectives.
* Organize employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture that supports teamwork and productivity.
* Address and resolve employee grievances through effective conflict resolution mechanisms to sustain healthy employee relations.
* Ensure full compliance with all applicable labor laws and company regulations, proactively managing risks and adherence.
* Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data and organizational information, upholding integrity and trust.
* Plan and coordinate training and development programs aimed at enhancing staff skills and competencies.
* Prepare and present HR\-related reports, key performance indicators, and management presentations for informed decision\-making.
* Supervise office administration tasks including daily operational activities, facility maintenance, security, and housekeeping to maintain a well\-functioning environment.
* Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes for office supplies, assets, and services, optimizing cost\-efficiency.
* Monitor utilization and maintenance of company vehicles, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage logistics support.
* Maintain all administrative records, licenses, and agreements, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.
* Implement and monitor safety, security, and compliance protocols to safeguard employees and assets.
* Develop and manage office budgets and administrative expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility and resource optimization.
* Lead and manage a team of 25 staff members, fostering professional development, collaboration, and performance excellence.
